LTI’s Probation Employment Program (PEP) is a groundbreaking initiative in partnership with the Nassau County Department of Probation. PEP provides year-round, evidence-based, and employment-focused interventions to individuals on probation, helping them overcome barriers and achieve lasting success.

Our mission is to equip participants with the tools they need to rebuild their lives, contribute positively to their communities, and achieve meaningful employment. By addressing both personal and professional challenges, PEP creates a path for individuals to thrive.

    • Resume building, interview skills, and workplace etiquette.
  • Cognitive Behavioral Interventions
    • Addressing thought patterns to promote positive decision-making.
  • Occupational Training
    • Opportunities like our week-long OSHA certification training to enhance job marketability.
  • One-on-One Career Coaching
    • Personalized support to navigate career pathways.
  • Financial Literacy Workshops
    • Budgeting, saving, and credit repair strategies for financial stability.
