LTI’s Workforce Access to Gainful Employment Services (WAGES) program is designed to empower individuals facing barriers to employment by providing job readiness training, occupational skills development, and career placement support. Through evidence-based workforce development strategies, WAGES helps participants secure meaningful, stable employment that leads to long-term economic independence.

By combining hands-on training, individualized career coaching, and industry-recognized certifications, WAGES creates a clear pathway to success for individuals re-entering the workforce or looking to advance their careers.
